New Member Application Form
This form is for new REALTORS® joining the association for the first time or for REALTORS® who do not currently belong to a surrounding association. The form requires your brokers signature and must be emailed or faxed (703) 771-9787 to DAAR prior to your new member appointment. Secondary Membership Application Form
Already a member of a local association but want to enjoy what DAAR has to offer? Just fill out and email or fax (703) 771-9787 this form and start taking advantage of DAAR services, events, and education classes.

Association Transfer Form
Are you already a member of a local association but wish to transfer to the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS®?  Please fill out this form and the Supra transfer form (if you wish to transfer your lockboxes and lockbox key to DAAR). Both forms can be emailed or faxed (703) 771-9787. Once we have the forms, a DAAR staff member will contact you to set an appointment to complete your transfer and welcome you to your new association.

Supra Lockbox & Key Transfer Form
This form is needed to transfer lockboxes and lockbox keys into our system from your past association. This form should accompany the Association transfer form.

Affiliate Member Application
Individuals and businesses that want to promote their products and services to DAAR's REALTOR® members can become Affiliate members of the association. To become an Affiliate member, please email or fax (703.771.9787) this form to DAAR. For more information on the benefits of becoming an affiliate member visit our affiliate page.

Member Record Change Form
This form is for REALTOR® and Affiliate members who are changing firms, updating addresses, or leaving our association.  Please email or fax (703.771.9787) this form to DAAR to ensure our membership database has your current information.

Credit Card Pre-Authorization Payment Agreement
As a convenience, members have the option to pre-authorize the Association to charge their credit card on file for annual dues. To participate, the form must be signed and faxed back to DAAR at 703/771-9787.

Non-Member Key Application  This form is for members of other associations who wish to use a DAAR Supra key without becoming a full-fledged member of DAAR.  The application should be printed, filled out, and brought to the DAAR office.  Keys can only be assigned to the person who will be using the key.  That person must come in person to the DAAR office, unless they have given WRITTEN AND NOTARIZED authority to someone else to pick up the key on their behalf.

Reciprocal Key Agreement  Use this form if you want your Supra key programmed to open Supra lockboxes in the Charlottesville, Massanutten, and Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia areas.  Please note that you must be licensed in WV to request access in that area.  Completed forms may be emailed or faxed to the DAAR office at 703/771-9787.
