It is bad enough - indeed, disgraceful, that the nefarious, devious, money-grabbing NAR (our own trade association) rips off Realtors who use the legitimate Supra lock-box system, by forcing us to purchase new lock-boxes and key-cards IN ADDITION to our own systems.

NOW IT IS EVEN WORSE: we purchase the NVAR key-card for one year, but half-way through the year, on December 31st, NVAR comes up with a new plan to steal from us. We are required to purchase a new subscription from January 1st, when I specifically do not want that. I paid for one year, from the middle of 2009 to mid-2010.

I am asking for support from you at DAAR, to request that NAR and NVAR should support us, the Realtors, at the sharp end of the business, trying to earn a living, part of which goes to pay their salaries. The bureaucrats at NAR and NVAR semm to have forgotten who indirectly pays their salaries. instead, they take every opportunity to take money from us hard-working Realtors. it is hard enough dealing with lying, cheating bank staff on the subjects of foreclosures and short sales, which have ruined our business for at least several years. Only FannieMae and FreddieMac are above criticism, as they support Realtors earning a fair 3% commission for the work they do.

PLEASE INSTITUTE A "CONTACT US" BOX FOR REALTORS TO EXPRESS THEIR CONCERNS AND, PERHAPS VENT ON CERTAIN ISSUES.
